The new version will be called the new Valyrians Steel Series.
The company said the new tube will be made from high-strength steel, made from 100% natural sources and made of an ultra-high strength material called “virgin steel.”
“The VSS Series is the culmination of a long, challenging and challenging process of collaboration and collaboration among industry leaders from both Europe and North America,” said Valyria Steel President and CEO Victor Korneliuk.
“This collaboration has brought together the industry’s best and brightest to create a new tube that is truly the best possible solution for the industry and the public.”
The company said that the VSS series of tubes will use the same high-grade steel as the V-series but will be engineered with better durability and structural rigidity.
The V- series is used in steel boats for ship hulls, barges, cranes, power lines, crisscrossing suspension systems, and other applications.
The VSS tubes have been a fixture on ships for nearly 100 years and have been used by some of the world’s greatest builders including the American shipbuilding firm, the New York-based Seaboard Steel, and the French shipbuilder, Dassault.
The company also announced that the new VSS tube will go on sale later this year.
“Valyria has been producing its VSS steel tubing since the early 1990s,” said Kornelik.
“It has always been the best option for our boatbuilding customers.”
The Vss tube is used on many of the boats that sail the world today, including the boats of the likes of China, Japan and even the U.S. Navy’s newest class of warships, the Nimitz-class USS Nimitz.
It is also a key component of the steel structure of the U-2 spy plane and of the Russian Sukhoi Su-27 fighter jet.
Vyss, based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, was the first steel-tube producer to announce the launch of the new line in early 2018.
“We are extremely excited to be launching a new Vss Series line for the UAS fleet,” said Vladislav Korostev, vice president of Vyss’ new UAS line.
“The new Vyss Series will be the first of its kind for the world.”
Valyrian Iron and Steel (VALIS), based in Bratislava, Slovakia, said it will be launching the new steel tubing on March 10, 2019.
It said the Valyric Steel Series will have an “unmatched value.”
“We believe the Valys Steel Series is an innovative product that can help meet the growing needs of the maritime industry and improve the safety and reliability of the shipping industry,” said Victor Korosteg, president and CEO of Valyrium Steel.
